New MP 2012 GPU for Mac Pro 3,1 ???

Will the new Mac Pro 2012 GPU work in the old Mac Pro 3,1 Octacore??

A lot of that depends on power connectors and how they do Thunderbolt.

On power connectors alone, I'm going to guess "no", but that's totally a guess. The new lower end GPUs might work.

Partially yes! If thunderbolt things doesn't block.

And if 5,1 Mac Pro support It hasn't reason that 3,1 4,1 not support!!

I'm not going to lie but that implementation is a train wreck. Apple will go for something more, how should I put it, elegant.
