New & Noteworthy Apps iOS 5.1

Why do Featured Apps that are installed and up to date show as INSTALL rather than INSTALLED in New & Noteworthy? If I tap on Purchased and go back to Featured they change to INSTALLED.

Does it appear this way for anyone else?
