I've been lurking the app store in search of apps for interesting apps and here is what i use daily.
Sparrow: excellent client for gmail. gets everything done in the most simplistic manner possible.
OmmWriter Dana: The free version is sufficient and amazing for bursts of creative writing.
Alfred: while quicksilver might be the ultimate, Alfred is lightweight and fulfills all my requirements for a launcher app.
Cinch: useful for window resizing.
Wunderlist: Much better than the grossly overpriced Things and best of all it's free. Best GTD app out there.
pomodoro: excellent time management app.
