There is a New Office 2011 update available via the in-app Help menu. Version 14.6.6
However, I can't find a link to the dmg file on MS's convoluted web site (may not be loaded yet).

I just downloaded and installed it. All you have to do is open any Office 2011 app and as long as you have automatic updates checked off, you should be notified of the update.

Of course I am aware of that. I usually download the dmg file to use on other HDs or computers, saving the (albeit small) download time. However, since the MS push to get people to "upgrade" to Office 365 and 2016, the company has made it very hard to find the link to the 2011 updates.
BTW, the "automatic updates checked off" in your reply can be taken as "not have automatic updates enabled", the opposite of what I assume you meant.
Edit: Found the link on the Macintouch site. http://www.macintouch.com/

To get to the point and avoid more convolutions, MS posts a master/cumulative web page for security bulletins for each calendar year. Office updates are found in the Bulletins where "Office" is listed in the Affected Software column.

I keep this web page for 2016 bookmarked (there will be a new web page for 2017...), and a bit of drilling down will lead to the relevant web page for your download:
