Regret upgrading to the new OS. My M1 Pro was doing just fine until I upgraded. It’s very slow, studers on all web sites, dam screen brightness keeps changing, etc.. Probably my last iPad. Just go back to cheap android tablets instead of spending the money on expensive iPad pros. Anyone else with a M1 Pro having a crap load of issues after upgrading?

I agree to let it index for a day or two to see if things improve.

I upgraded my 2018 iPad Pro to 26 without any issues.

No problems with mine I still have 90gb free space if your drive is full or near full it could cause slow downs I assume you rebooted.

I was starting to notice some stuttering on my M1 12.9 iPP. I had turned on clear icons. Once I went back to default it seemed to smooth out.

My M1 Air is doing fine, and I unfortunately have a good eye for this sort of stuff. Haven’t had any issues at all other than the laughable amount of storage Apple provides.

I agree if Apple had made storage a little more affordable they would probably had sold more apps, music and video so they made a profit on one end and lost on the other.

Asking for enough storage for an OTA to install when I have fewer than 10 apps installed doesn’t seem like much. However, it frequently is unable to install even after offloading everything.

Pretty freaking lame of Apple. I didn’t even need apps, I just need basic functionality.

Yeah, 64GB is pretty tight. Lack of storage makes it difficult to use beyond streaming.

Do you have photos, videos or music on your device that you can offload?
