Don't know about an OS X one, but the one at http://www.polydor.co.uk/polydor.html is pretty accurate for System 7ish (click on the New Releases floppy, and try playing around with the stuff in the Finder).

And click on the Accounts folder in the Trash.

It's just like... like... using Windows. So much so, it's uncanny.

Update the GUI, add a few errors with wireless networking and Bluetooth, and voila, it could be WinXP.
