i have been waiting on something new from otter box this case looks like it could really good. if the fit is tight and stay together and flush it could be a great product.

Does one of their pictures show the case crumpling during a fall? That looks like a great feature for impact protection, but will the case itself survive a corner drop?

This is interesting, Similar to the candyshell without the case scratching. Not sure I really like the look of the back though. Maybe it'll grow on me.

been looking for a case just like this.
but i'd wish that the dock port is open more or at least for charging.

The plastic part of the case almost looks like the same plastic material used in the commuter without the texture, but I could be wrong.

Single layer dual density material (polycarbonate molded with TPE rubber)

You can't tell what that is displaying? It's showing the protection that the case is designed for when being dropped. I hope you don't think that's what the case is going to actually look like when it's installed.

I think it's being shown mid collision with the ground. The other pictures don't show that.

Hopefully they release that because they colors they've chosen are ... well, not my cup of tea.
