What did you say to them to get it resolved? I have to do this later tonight.With Verizon I had to call them. My 11 Pro wouldn’t activate because it was trying to activate the physical sim it came with instead of the eSim and the eSim is what was registered. I tried scanning the QR code before calling and that didn’t work.
I simply called them and said my new phone won’t activate. She looked and asked if I switched sims and that’s when I told her my older phone was using eSim. Then she explained the new phone was trying to activate the physical sim and the eSim is what was registered on Verizon side.What did you say to them to get it resolved?
