Trying to help my mom with her new iPhone 14.
Her old iPhone X has been backed up via iCloud (I also ran a manual backup). The back up completes no issues. Plenty of space in ICloud.
New iPhone 14 - log into her iCloud account, select restore from iCloud backup. Latest back up is over 24hours old even though the latest backup completed 10 minutes ago.
The iPhone X is running 16.7.12.
The iPhone 14 was running an old version of 18. I’ve now updated it to 26.0.1.
Still the same - I’ve erased the iPhone 14 several times, updated. Manually backed up the iPhone X - still the same issue.
I’ve been on this for over 2 hours - any suggestions greatly appreciated!
