Leaked renders and specs for Apple's unreleased Powerbeats Fit have been leaked online, following Apple's teaser of the new small in-ear earbuds last month.

The colors shown in the below image are officially named Spark Orange, Gravel Gray, Jet Black, and Power Pink. The details come courtesy of longtime leaker Evan Blass.

Blass also shared the following feature list for the Powerbeats Fit:
  • High-performance earbuds for working out, with universal secure-fit wingtips
  • Powered by the Apple H1 chip
  • Active Noise Cancelling
  • IPX4 sweat and water resistance
  • Up to 30 hours of battery life
  • 7 hours per bud on one charge
  • Transparency mode
  • Adaptive EQ
  • Personalized Spatial Audio
  • Four ear tip sizes
The Powerbeats Fit appear to lack the heart-rate sensing feature currently exclusive to the Powerbeats Pro 2 – though we are expecting the feature to appear in AirPods Pro 3 when Apple unveils them, likely this week.

Apple previously said the Powerbeats Fit are coming in fall 2025, so they may well appear for sale on Apple's official online store when it returns after the conclusion of Apple's "Awe dropping" iPhone-centric event later today.

Purposely releasing H1 chip products in 2025 when H2 exists? And to think of all the Apple consumers that were holding off from purchasing H2 in anticipation of H3, which is reportedly no longer expected to be released in 2025 . Whats next? 2025 MacBooks that have M1's?

H1 was released in 2019 and by Apple standards a product that is 5 years old is considered "vintage" a product that is 7 years old is considered obsolete. With the H1 chip reaching the 7 year mark by next year I can't help but to smh at the hypocrisy

The chips may be vintage but the margins are innovative!

I’m so disappointed by this. We’ve waited 4 years for a proper successor to the Beats Fit Pro, and its successor has the exact same chipset and feature set. The H1 chip is already 6.5 years old and could be well over 10 years old by the time this model gets replaced with a newer version.

It’s really cruel what Apple has done to Beats these last few years.

I kind of can't imagine this leak is true - especially for the H1 chip. Without a chip upgrade, this is literally not an upgrade. It's just a name change. Maybe if they come in at a much lower price because they are losing the PRO suffix?

The same leak that had these specs and photos listed that the Powerbeats Fit would be announced formally (ie. you can order them) on SEPTEMBER 30 and likely be released OCTOBER 2. As an aside... I am very disappointed by the specs as a huge, huge Beats Fit Pro fan... I find it absurd that 4 years later they have the same H1 chip and still no wireless charging? The only difference is what... the branding "Powerbeats" and a 12% smaller case? Hopefully there is some kind of mistake.

As the first image appeared, I was almost expecting to see 666.

But having three Powerbeats in one box would, I grant you, be both odd and very odd.

I was interested in these when Apple posted the teaser as I have gotten in to running and had issues with my APP2’s popping out while i am running. But, if the specs are worse than the APP2, then it is not worth it. Unless they are priced very cheaply (<$100).

I love my Beats Fit Pros.

But what advantage does this model have over them?
Same. I have 3 pairs. One for my car in case I ever want to stop at a park and go for a jog, or if I'm at a kids sports practice, and one for my backpack and one that stays permanently near my treadmill so I can hook up to apple tv to watch a show without waking up the whole house. I've been a fan of these for a while since airpods pro fall out of my ears if I move at all. I bought these over the past couple of years for $150ish. Sounds like I won't have any issue to want to upgrade.

Honestly this is not a new version, this is just new colors added. It’s like they are purposefully trying to destroy the Beats brand at this point which makes no sense at all. They are going above and beyond to have consumers save money because no one will honestly buy this with other options.

What advantage did these have over simply buying AirPods Pro?
For me, the wing tips wildly improved the fit. I’m debating going back to beats fit pro for that alone. They also had a physical button that you could press with your shoulder if your hands were full. And while AirPods are common now, I just think BFP look a lot less stupid while being worn

aside from that, they are lacking wireless charging, have an enormous case, and the difference between the ANC and transparency quality versus the AirPods Pro is getting wider with every release, whereas it was not a big difference when comparing to AirPods Pro 1 (if what’s reported here is accurate)

Also, one more point in favor of the AirPods is that the case/buds can be manipulated with one hand. That is impossible with the way the beats fit pro case is designed.

The old beats fit pro were pretty competitive and in my opinion a better product than AirPods Pro first gen. But it’s been five years, you have to improve them somehow.
