ok....

I'm not dropping my airport connection anymore, and my mouse isn't going all nuts, BUT.

Now when i put the powerbook to sleep for the night or leave it running with screensaver, when i come back in the morning it is running it's fan at full blast and the kernel situation is in full effect.

ALSO,
whenever i wake the powerbook from sleep and have a mouse or keyboard plugged in they won't work no matter what unless i restart..


AARRGGGHHH!

You might try resetting the PMU again--people whose fans have been going uncontrollably got them back to normal by doing this. I know it sound stupid to suggest something you've probably tried at an earlier stage in the process, but resetting the PMU really can resolve a lot of issues. If things still aren't working after that, it probably is time to send it back to Apple.
