New pre paid issue

    so i was checking my gophone account online just randomly, and I noticed they had redesigned their site. There doesn't seem to be an area for automatic account filling, and it also tells me I somehow have a cancel date (in November) by which my service will be gone or something. Does this mean it will just be gone, or is that the date it would be cancelled Had I not refilled it? (which shouldn't be an issue if the automatic refilling is still in effect.)

    I have looked around for answers but haven't really found anything.

    Anyone have any idea?

    I just logged on my account at selfincharge.com today and it is the same as it was since day 1.

    It'd be great if you can show some screenshots so we know what you're referring to.
