hey guys again

just noticed as i was typing it was all in caps!
i checked my (apple wireless) keyboard and the Caps lock light was off

how should i go about fixing the problem? applecare, apple store, leave it and hope it works😀

thanks in advance!

If you bought it recently, the Apple Store should be able to fix/replace it. No idea how inconvenient it'd be for you to go back (or if you got it online).

On the other hand, if you don't really use caps lock anyway, and don't want to have it randomly turned on when you don't expect it, you could disable it entirely with the Modifier Keys... button in the Keyboard section of the Keyboard & Mouse System Preference.

If under warranty, for warranty service you need to bring your keyboard receipt, imac, or imac serial number with you.

Your Mac has a secondary "Caps on" indicator.

IF YOU TYPE AND IT LOOKS LIKE THIS, THE "CAPS ON" IS ON.

That's handy if the first indiCATOR BLEW OUT. YOU HAVE THE SECOND INDICATOR, WAIT THE SECOND INDICATOR IS TELLING ME SOMTHING, ITS TELLING ME CAPS IS ON!!!! jk

I think the apple store is the best place.
