Do you think they're updating one of their products like an iBook or Powerbook or the eMacs? That would be awesome. Or is this just a routine procedure?

store updated. can't see anything new. still haven't updated my iMac order. still says 'open' . apple are bastards!

Oh well back to work, I could not see any changes either. Perhaps they were just doing some testing ready for next week?

on the australian store there are a few new apps - logic pro 7 and logic 7 express. nothing else exciting though (like 60Gb iPods LOL!!!!)

Yep, Apple's online store now has the following:

Logic Pro 7 (Now sporting an Apple logo)
Logic Express 7
Jam Pack 2
Jam Pack 3
1.25ghz eMac (Not new... but Apple's store says it is)

(i know it was already said, just wanted to consolidate)

edit: you b*stard!!! ;) there's no logic 7...still on 6...i was pumped about a new apple product even though i have no use for logic at the moment

Logic 7 IS on the store now. Go to the store and search for "Logic"
Says it is supposed to ship in late October.

All I found was the new garage band jam packs. Are they the new item?
I would have loved it if they updated the ibook. I want one so bad.

Be patient. The 'Books will be updated before too long I'm sure.
