Not any "computers" sold figures, but other Apple products.
Something like:
5 million copys of Leopard sold (19% of Tiger uses upgraded)
4 billion iTunes songs (with 20 million coming in Christmas day)
125 million TV shows
4 million iPhones (that's 20,000 a day on average)
7 million movies
14 billion (single not pairs) iPod socks (that's enough for every -human- foot on the planet)

Yeah, I saw those ones. Especially surprised about the socks, at £19.99 and all. :p;)

Shame we didn't get any Mac Sales Figures.

Thanks Q, looks like the forums held up well the up tick in traffic the past 4 days. How do those numbers compare to previous Macworlds. We had more visitors this time but how did it compare to the iPhone last year.

i think part of the problem is that this year the forums held up better than they have in the past, and as such, more people were on, more stayed, and more activity. whereas in the past we've had to slow down, sometimes even reach a cap where people can't get on.

thank you for the stats though Doctor Q! always interesting to see.

That may be true, but last year more was concentrated just to the iPhone, I wonder if we had more people register then.

Maybe Knox can tell us the server loads an how it matched up to the old system. Was there more traffic this year or was there just more room for the traffic.

You're still not stat-isfied? :)

Here are last year's stats, on the same scale as this year's.

My god. That represents extraordinary growth year-over-year.

Absolutely phenomenal and I'm glad there are more "MRers" out there now. :)

And as always Doctor Q your avatar and ability to produce statistics amaze me! :)
