New rMBP froze!

I've had issues of this nature with my previous MBP, so I apologize if I seem paranoid...

I've had my new 13" rMBP since Wednesday night, and it's been running beautifully except for random one second beach balls until today.

I was browsing MR in Chrome when all of a sudden my trackpad pointer froze. No beach ball, just frozen as the black pointer. I tried closing the lid to get it to end whatever process was causing this to no avail. After a hard restart it seems to be fine, but I found the following in Console. Can anyone help me figure out what these mean? Thanks!

If you search my post history you'll see that I've had a host of issues, mostly due to Mavericks. I would chalk it upto something with Mavericks. I don't use Chrome regularly so I can't comment, but I've had wonderful mouse issues in Firefox thanks to MagicPrefs.

Yeah I found the other thread on a similar topic that I had apparently posted in before.
