You can install it via the regular method, using System Preference/Software Update. Unfortunately, it has the same file name as the older version. If you want the .pkg version to install on multiple Macs you can get that via Terminal, thus softwareupdate -d "Safari14.0MojaveAuto-10.14.6". It will be located in /Library/Updates after the download. It does increment the Safari version by one number, and requires a restart.

Since it is owned by root in /Library/Updates, and to make it easier to move around to other machines, I copied it to my Downloads folder and ran sudo chown yourusername:staff Safari14.0MojaveAuto-10.14.6
