You can install it via the regular method, using System Preference/Software Update. Unfortunately, it has the same file name as the older version. If you want the .pkg version to install on multiple Macs you can get that via Terminal, thus

softwareupdate -d "Safari14.0MojaveAuto-10.14.6". It will be located in /Library/Updates after the download.
