new screenshots at BGR

Very nice.

Battery percentage - quite nice.
Videos - hope this can come to 3G phones, and not just the new one.
Voice control - very interesting. Can't wait to hear more.

sbsettings enables the numericBattery BOOLEAN in some plist file. - The iPhone provides the string format. Up until 2.2.1 it was just a number, now with 3.0 it IS DEFINITELY a number followed by a %-sign (try upgrading from a JB-iphone with numericBattery (2.2.1) enabled to iPhone OS 3.0 - you'll get the same results)
 
I figured they'd be putting an option for battery percentage considering that they changed the look of a function that wasn't even accessible by default.
 
The percentage battery meter comes from having a jailbroken 2.2.1 and upgrading to 3.0. Looks cool though, different to how it normally is on jailbroken 2.2.1s. Hope this becomes a selectable feature from Apple.

And those screenies look really legit. Hope they're for real come the summer :).

Dude, did you look at the screenshots? It shows the percentage as a selectable item. Just having a modified plist file isn't going to put an option in your settings app. That came from Apple.

Maybe what you wish to control with voice control? Dialing, iPod controls, etc.? Perhaps how Voice control is initiated?

That's what I assumed when I saw that option.

Am i the only one that thinks the first screenshot of the video recording looks ultra fake. The video graphics looks like something someone knocked up in thirty seconds in Photoshop, not very apple.

Could be wrong, would be happy to be in fact.

I have seen the photo on the front page. That looks genuine, i am however not convinced by the one linked above. Compare them side by side, the quality of the graphical design is world apart. Not necessarily doubting there will be a video iphone, just that the screenshot in question is genuine.

You mean the "you don't have any videos" screenshot? What strikes you as super fake about it?

It's the video logo in the center of the screen, it just doesn't look slick enough for an apple logo. Also the wording "You can take video's using the camera" just doesn't sound right.

I accept this could all be because it is an early build of these particular features, just doesn't sit right with me. However as i said earlier, be more than happy to be proven wrong. I usually am, just ask the FG!!

I think it looks about right ... can anyone post a screenshot of the current empty camera roll ?
