Very good..... If you guys have managed to work it out you'll be the first! I wish you good luck and would be happy to pick up one of your cases after many others have tested it. Been burnt to many times with full aluminum bumpers to take a $70 chance again.
Nice work though.
Thanks-- we are literally just 2 very determined friends running this whole thing. Many thanks for being open minded towards our new product!
Also, I totally understand your apprehension-- paying for something that is less than what you expected is always annoying. If you do decide to pick up one of our cases, and you are unhappy with it in any way, just send it back undamaged and I'll be happy to refund your purchase amount in full. We're really easy to deal with!
Unanswered Questions/Points
= Looked easy to put on, but is it easy to remove?
= Will repeated removal damage the plastic insert that goes on before the aluminum bumper?
= Would like to see a speed or signal test from different people using this bumper
= How does the case make the On/Off button feel?
Thanks for putting this together RolandNights. To answer your questions objectively:
1 [Looked easy to put on, but is it easy to remove?] - Yes, some customers say that it's actually slightly easier to take off than it is to put on.
2 [Will repeated removal damage the plastic insert that goes on before the aluminum bumper?] - Any plastic will always have some sort of wear-and-tear, but we actually chose to use a polymer called ABS. It's a super durable type of plastic used for automotive engine parts, helmets, and safety equipment. So it's about as durable as a consumer part can get. Also, we will have that plastic insert available separately (and soon, in different colors).
3 [Would like to see a speed or signal test from different people using this bumper] - I will leave this for independent testers.
4 [How does the case make the On/Off button feel?] - Reviewers have said that the button feel/feedback is very good and feels very much like the oem.
