new (sealed) TouchBar MBP not new?

So I swapped my non-TouchBar MBP for a TouchBar MBP at my local Apple Store. After setting up my new MBP I noticed that this new MBP has allready 3 loadcycles.
Does this mean that the chances are very big that I am the 2nd owner of this new (sealed) MBP?

No. It's completely normal for a new MBP to have a few charge cycles in it when new.

It's like when you buy a new car, the odometer doesn't show 0.

They always do testing prior to being released from the factory
