iPod New Shuffle Controls issues

Basically sometimes the headphone controls loose responsiveness, and some times it completely spazez out and stops letting me control it and usually forces volume up or down.


Common issue? Can I get it fixed?

very common issue. Being discussed extensively on the apple.com user support forum. No fix at this time.

Personally I don't think apple should've used touch controls. Or crappy earbuds if that's the only way of controlling the shuffle.😡

Just return it for the previous gen. of shuffle. or get a Sansa Clip (sorry I think they beat iPod with that one)

too bad it's not out yet, hopefully it will be more reliable.
I'm sure adapters like that will be popping up all over soon, because anyone who has an even slight appreciation of SQ will want more that apple's stock buds.
