iPhone 15/Plus New siri chatbot on iphone 15 and older

Do you think ios 27 will leave the old siri on iphone 15 and all the other models not capable of on-device-AI, or Apple will still give us the new ai chatbot app?

If the rumors regarding what the app will be able to do are to be believed and Apple is still sticking to their device requirements from 2 years ago, I don’t think anything lower than a 15 Pro will get the app

I would be nice if they gave older models just the chatbot that doesn’t do computations on device (like chatgpt).

I think older devices will keep the old Siri. When I bought my daily driver 16e, I learned that the reason it has the A18 processor (even though it is not considered a flagship device) is specifically so it would be able to handle Apple Intelligence. That tells me that the older processors (maybe pre-18?) are not able to use Apple Intelligence - they're stuck with what they already have.

Note that I'm in no way an expert and may be off the wall, but deductive reasoning to me says the old Siri will remain on the 15 and older.
