new Siri not showing

What settings do I have to turn off for the new Siri bubble to appear ...? I'm still getting the old view

Same here.
I think it was working last night though.
Earlier today Siri wasn't responding at all so I toggled it off/on. Ever since then I started getting the old interface.

It started working immediately for me on iOS 14 and iPadOS 14. Have you tried the usual? (Restarting, turning all Siri settings on and off, etc.)

Figured it out.
If Type to Siri is enabled then you get the old interface all the time.
