One thing that wasn't mentioned and haven't seen on here are the changes in the title. Max is heavier and thicker. The regular pro is also heavier and tad thicker.
There were a lot of complaints last year about the weight of the max. What about this year is it still worth it?

I am in a debacle like most. I have a 12 pro and miss the screen size of the bigger phone but the weight is definitely a consideration. Plus it is a lot bigger.

That battery tho!

I was just on Apple's website, I was pretty surprised at how heavy the Pro models are this year. Just crazy heavy for a cell phone to carry around in your pocket all day. They really should consider going with different materials in the future (rumor is Titanium for next year for the Pro's which should help a lot).

is the body thicker or is it just the overall thickness is more because of the new camera module ? suspect the latter but be interesting to know...

in any case, yeh the weight, yuck my 12 pro (non max) is right on the limit already it feels - only got it for the zoom lens, hate the stainless steel.

My thoughts exactly. I love the size and battery life of the max but its starting to get heavy for my puny arms. Oh well. If the 14 stays this way, i'll honestly just put up with it and still buy it. Dang you, Apple.

Looks like its gotten a bit thicker and heavier.

I was a big fan of the regular 12 as it had a nice light feel for that size phone.

The 12 mini I used for a stretch was fantastic in that regard. Don’t recall exactly but I believe it was similar to the 5/5s.

Don't disagree with anyone that we def complain about battery life and these are amazing pieces of technology but when you think about the size and weight its really starting to show and add up.

The thing is there have been many Android flagship phones over the years with bigger batteries and same size phones that weighed much less than the 13 Pro’s so it can be done if Apple wants to.

For whatever reason Apple seems to think “premium” somehow equals a heavy phone when it’s actually the opposite that is true.

I should add that I think they did a really good job with the weight of the non Pro 12 and 13. For whatever reason they can’t get the Pro versions right which is frustrating. Maybe next year they will, hopefully.

Damn!!
The 13’s need Weight Watchers 😮
