New Skype video calls on 3G

Skype updated this am to 3.0 to finally allow for wifi AND 3G video chat; however, I can't find any sign of how to activate a video call. I'm thinking that the fact that my phone is jB may be removing this option. Skype worked fine on the last version, and does on this new version, there's just no option for video calls.

Anyone else getting this to work, or who can confirm that the jb is screwing it up?

I made a test call earlier. Once the call is connected a number of buttons appear on the screen to turn on front camera, rear camera or turn off camera.
Worked like a charm on my jb'ed i4.

I did a test call as well to another iPhone 4, worked great, and quality as good as my comps.

Bout time skype.
