new SR MAcbook with no Comic life?

    I was looking forward to playing with this, and it isnt on my new mac, what gives??

    where did you get the impression that it would be included? If you look at the apple store site and look at the 'included software", you'll see what Apple bundles with the macbook, and Comic Life isn't listed so there would be no reason to expect it to be on the computer

    It used to come on all Macs but that since changed

    im afraid comic life is not standard any more. I think the last machine i got it on was a 17 inch imac

    Yeah, I was looking forward to it too... But I can live without it.

    I am currently using Tiger and have Comic Life, will I be able to keep it and use it if I upgrade to Leopard?

    a free demo for something they used to just give you?...

    Yes, the whole reason for free demo's is to get people interested in it. Comic Life is not an apple product and the people who make it want to make some money now . . .

    When I bought my MBP and my friend bought his iMac, both came on there and they weren't demos. How odd.

    They haven't included comic life for years now.

    darn that is unfortunate. My 2.33 came with ComicLife and a remote...but i have since sold that and bought a 2.4 SR. :( but at least i have a remote.

    comic life is fun to play around with.
