Not available to order on UK amazon. I'll have to get it delivered to one of my friendly US guys I know.
I have a knock-off version of this kind of a stand. It's made out of plastic that's a match for the silver aluminum and has foam + plastic mesh filters. So far seems to be doing an excellent job of keeping the main fan dust-free. No dust has gotten past the filter in 18 months. Just recently replaced the foam filter and washed out the plastic mesh filter.

I'd run the same LLM job with the filter on, then off, and log GPU temp, fan RPM, and how long the job takes. If throughput stays flat you're fine. If it slows, the mesh is choking intake.

I've seen a few setups with a cut HEPA furnace filter and external fan and that probable generates more airflow.

One of the advantages of a full tower PC is that you can take it outside and hit it with a leaf blower.

I have a PowerMac G5 and that thing was a magnet for dust and you could hear the fans getting louder over time. Fortunately it was not difficult to open up to clean it out.
