Hi!

For quite a few weeks now I've been seeing pages after pages with temperature readings on various forums. I also seen someone asking a chart to compare MacBook temperatures and establish a common theme on the different models, configurations and manufacturer dates.

I decided to do something about it and created a new site that allow users to submit very specfic information about their machine and the temperature readings they get. You can submit temperature information for both stock factory configuration and after applying thermal heat fixes, like thermal grease. It's possible to upload screenshots of the temperature graphs to see when the fans kick in, the maximum temperature and how quickly it cools down afterwards.

Hopefully the site will get some traction and become a place where you can find quality information. With all the filter options I've provided it should be easy to pinpoint if a particular configuration or production discrepences.

But right now we need to build a foundation. Go to the page, read the howto measure page and submit your information.

Le me know if you encounter any bugs or problems, or have an idea how the system can be improved.
