Are SHSH hashes even useful for any device that can use iOS 7? I guess maybe the iPhone 4?

At the moment, only for the iPhone 4 for iOS 7. Exploits might come up in the future for all devices which will allow for re-restores like with iOS 5

Better safe than sorry and its not hard to click a button to save your SHSH blobs

    From ih8sn0w's blog:
'Also, although many people find it "useless" to save A5+ SHSH blobs, you're not going to lose anything by connecting your device and clicking a button. The saying is "Better safe, then sorry!". If some sort of low level boot loader exploit or apticket loophole goes public, such A5+ SHSH blobs will become useful again.'
