Long time member but new to Apple products......
My cousin gave me her old iphone 4s which I absolutely love after having a android for so long.
Here is my dilemma AT&T already authorized the unlock but I must use itunes to accomplish this, now on my old PC there is a old itunes app and when I plug the iphone into the PC itunes, sign in with my apple ID the backup is grayed out but the restore is possible which there is two options restore as new or some back up from 2009 on a iphone 3gs that I lost and never replaced.
Now I already downloaded a boat load of stuff on the iphone 4s and already done a recent icloud backup over WiFi.
but how do I get itunes to do a current back up? so I can do a current restore and have the iphone unlocked?
