Hi, i'm new to this forum and new to Apple. Been using PC's all my life. I decided to own my very first mac by getting the base 13' Pro 😀. I'm on a tight budget so i can't get the higher 13'. However, how hard is it to install the RAM and HD? I'm looking to upgrade later down the line to 2x2GB of RAM and a 500GB HD. Is it a different spec from the PC alternatives?

First, welcome. Second, try this link http://manuals.info.apple.com/en_US/MacBook_Pro_13inch_Mid2009.pdf It should show you everything you need to swap the memory and drive. Should be quick and painless from the looks of it.
