Hey guys i just recently bought an imac and I need to reformat the HD. The thing is that I didnt get the reformat disc. I need to reformat this computer since it still have the previous owner's info and files. I have a 21.5" Intel Core Duo 3.06 ghz iMac.

Is there a place I can get a hold of a new reformat disc? Thank you guys! & im happy to be part of this community!

You can call apple, they will send you an original system disc for $20.

If you mean the grey install disks, you can contact Apple for replacements. Otherwise, buy a retail copy of Mac OS X Snow Leopard.

You can buy the OS at an Apple Store or any other certified retailer or grab some copies online. Beware that the OS exceeds 4.7 gbs so a DualLayer disk and burner will be needed.
