Coming from Android, I can't grasp the concept of what control panel > "access with apps" even means. For instance, camera has its own icon on home screen, why would I 'access' it from some other app? The red and green (minus and plus) selection also seems confusing. In my mind, If something is turned ON, it should be GREEN, but it's the opposite (Red) in control panel. Also, when listening to voicemail, getting it into Speaker mode is confusing - there's no speaker icon, but the 'Hide" button actually UN-hides the speaker icon! Why not just put a speaker icon where the 'hide' button is? (attached jpeg) (iPhone 13, 15.7)
