iPhone New To Jailbreaking & Hating It

I jailbroke my 4S on 6.1 for the first time. I hate it (not because of the tweaks [i love the tweaks] but because of all these stupid problems.)

1. My 4S is on AT&T so I catch a 4G connection. Since jailbreaking I only catch an EDGE connection. Any fixes?

2. I resprung my phone from NCSettings because I was no longer getting a 4G connection. I lost all my tweaks when I did this. >_> Now when I try to install any sort of tweak, is says successful. So I respring and I can't find the tweak anywhere on my phone. >_> Any fixes?

3. Everytime I reboot/respring my phone I have to put it in safe mode because it gets stuck on the apple logo. Why?

Restore your phone and start over. Sounds like you may have installed a bad tweak.

Probably your phone got messed up in the process , So I'd suggest restoring the phone to new and re jailbreaking it and hopefully that should fix all the problems you have.

For #3, there's an update in Cydia that fixes the long reboot. If it doesn't automatically come up in your "changes" list, search for evasi0n.

Edit: If you're going to restore, redownload evasi0n as it should have the long reboot & weather app fixes.

1. Restore your phone.
2. Jailbreak
3. Install one tweak at a time, starting with the safest ones like SBSettings, and see where the problem is.
4. If your phone starts acting up you can reboot + hold down the volume up button to put it in safe mode. This deactivates all your JB tweaks. Then launch SBSettings and deactivate all your mobile substrate add-ons until you find the one that is problematic.

How did you install. Did you update or restore when applying 6.1?
Try restoring fresh, and apply JB.
