Hi guys, i recently purchased a Macbook Pro, 15" 2.8Ghz T9600 with Nvidia 9400m and 9600m GT video card and 500GB along with 6GB ram, now the laptop is is all updated and i havent installed bootcamp yet as i have a really nice gaming computer that i built few months ago so its really not needed. I bought the macbook for logic pro and garageband and to take it with me when i travel or school. Now i have installed some games on it Splinter Cell Conviction and Starcraft 2 and Half Life 2. Now i cant even move the mouse cursor in Conviction , Starcraft 2 is unplayable and Half Life 2 which should work perfectly is slow also. What im doing wrong ? Please help a newb since im still learning Macs.

Do you use the integrated (9400M) or discrete GPU (9600M GT)? gfxCardStatus can help you determine and switch between the two.
