Android. They charge her extra for Tethering. What a bunch of BS. It's your internet. Why does it matter how you use it?
If they go over 5GB in a one month, take them back to EDGE until the billing cycle restarts.
If you're not downloading torrents and doing that stuff, 5GB is enough. In a normal month if I'm not downloading something I do 1-3GB.
Also, if Apple REALLY did small updates, it would be awesome. I don't have WiFi in my house, so when I connect to iTunes it still wants me to download 800MB for an iPhone update.
