iPod New Touch user needs help for my wife

I dragged my wife kicking and screaming off of CD's and Audio Tape.
So she has a new Ipod Touch and I need help getting her using it more.

So far I have :

- taken all her CD's and they are on the Ipod
-I am having a car kit installed so it plays on here car system easily
-I have her E-mail access (when she's in the home, it saves her from going on the PC - no big deal)
-Moved some photo's on the Ipod for her to show

Can someone recommend some killer app or other functions that will bring her along? I want her to use it more and more and I am not really a user myself yet although I am very technology abled - thanks in advance for any ideas. I am planning on buying a dock but the choices are all giving me fits.

I couldn't even begin to suggest...

What are her interests? Whatever they are...'there's an App for that'...literally.

Have her (or you) do some searching either in iTunes of the App offerings or even do the search on the Touch itself.

There are hundreds of thousands of great apps out there.
