I just stumbled across this app called Stack Attack Workout program. I would recommend giving it a try because it's a full workout by the guy who trained Jordan, not just a bunch of exercises like most of the other fitness apps out there. I did a few of the workouts and they are quality. Any thoughts from others that have it????

Yeah I love this app. I hope to to be dunking once I'm done. But I'm a little confused on how to follow the work out. Like on the first day do you do the feet together then a superset 1 then alternating feet then superset 2 and so on
