hi,

During a video, on airplay(I tried it on airplay via Amazon, haven't tried else where, so I don't know if it's system wide), if we double tab the remote touch surface, the video will get full screen- and out, similar to on iOS.. don't know if it was on the earlier version

EDIT: hi, I found another new feature... holding down the play/pause button on the home screen let's you quickly access the audio output on the Apple TV.. I distinctly remember that there was nothing on the previous version.

I too stumbled across this feature the other day. I can't remember if it was in earlier versions, but I saw it in the iTunes Movies app, so I think it's built into the new video player framework.

I noticed this for the first time a few weeks back. I was like WHAT?! when did this happen. a few people I spoked with were not aware.

It makes old Charlie Brown feel like 16:9 HD content now.

and I accidentally watched a whole movie with it on. I must have double-touched it the other night and about 90% of the way through I thought wasn't the very beginning in letterbox format" checked and sure enough it was. oh well. it wasn't anything that made the movie worse...or really noticeable/stand-out.
