Yeah I remember you mentioning it in another thread.

I think the activator gesture to get it to refresh only works when on the home screen.

I am just using it in NC screen and have it set for every 2 hours

I believe it only notifies you of available updates for INSTALLED Cydia apps you have on your device.

There is a keyword option in the settings that is supposed to search for uninstalled apps. Does that not work?

No. I really like it cause I modified it to fit my theme. And as you've guessed, I take it no one else knows either.
