iPhoto seed 9.4.7 addresses an issue for the GM build of Mavericks? Does that mean DP8 is the GM?

iPhoto or Mavericks? iPhoto update should be in App Store. Mavericks GM has to be downloaded from Dev Center or somewhere else 😉
