One thing I am curious about with this new "Upgrade Program, Like for me who was always in the 1UP program, I have Spectrum Mobile as my cell service, so under the 1UP I would always get the T-Mobile version since they did not do a unlocked version on the program. But now if I am reading it correctly, Ill select T Mobile but then I am actually creating a T Mobile line and will a $35 activation fee (Did not have that fee prior) and then once I get the phone, Ill need to call T-Mobile and cancel the plan and then activate under my true carrier?
