This changes things for me now. Vertex or X-25?

I meant to convey that now I am seriously considering the Vertex now. Before I read this, I had my mind set on purchasing the X25m G2.

So I'm torn between the cheaper 120GB vertex at $330 or the 80GB X25m at $230.

What are your thoughts on it?

Sorry to bring up a little bit of an old post. I was waiting for the gen 2 x25-m, but after prices went up(prob short term), and the fact that I was sick of waiting, and seeing the Vertex 60 GB for $220-$33 Bing cashback-$30 MIR-$20 Paypal cashback, I had to order one.

Can't wait to see how my unibody macbook and Snow Leopard run on it.

If anyone is interested in getting this deal, check out circuit city through the bing cashback link.
