New voicemail notification bug

After upgrading to IOS14 I keep getting a new voicemail notification but nothing shows up in the voicemails. Is this happening to anyone else ?

I have the opposite, I get no notifications for visual voicemail.

I haven’t been receiving my voicemails on my iPhone 12 Pro Max since I activated it on 11-13. I bought this phone without a carrier contract and just took my AT&T SIM card from my iPhone 11 Pro Max. I called AT&T today and reset the voicemail, but it’s still not working. It even shows no messages when I call into AT&T to check for messages. Not sure if maybe I need a new SIM card or not?

Visual voicemail? My VVM notifications rarely work.
