Just picked up the Series 5 SS with an Apple Link Bracelet. I absolutely love the look of this combo. I’ve always had black watches in the past but I’m really liking the shiny look it the regular SS. The bracelet was on the expensive side but I had a gift card to use towards it which helped. It’s such a high quality product. Very well made and extremely comfortable. The always on feature is great to finally have too.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holiday Season everyone!

Shot with an iPhone. ;)

It's hard to go wrong with natural stainless steel in my opinion. Great looking watch. Awesome photo with the Christmas lights. Enjoy your new watch! Merry Christmas to you. 🎅

I’d return the band and buy one from eBay seller: chargerstore

you’ll save $300 but shipping is a couple of weeks. They are OEM and like new unless stated otherwise

Thank you for that seller. They have some good items. Always sceptical about Chinese sellers though.

I have the same combo in Series 4, along with a series 5 space black stainless steel. One thing is for sure, the stainless will very soon look very different. Expect a million micro scratches on the case, and of course some on the bracelet where it makes contact with desk, etc. Don't sweat it, especially on the watch. Learn to like all the "haze" that will be there, knowing you can buff out in a few mins with a Cape Cod cloth. I personally like the worn look of my stainless, given that the screen will stay PERFECT. Enjoy.

Thanks! I actually like the look of “worn in” stuff. Scratches don’t bother me at all in fact. I just picked up the Saddle Brown leather case for my iPhone as I like the patina that develops over time.

I also have this Nomad leather band which I look forward to breaking in.

I have had my ss5 a couple of months and the marks are not visible from 2-3 feet so who cares.
im very anal about my watches and this one has held up much better than most of my fancy brand name watches like Panerai or Rolex which shows the quality of the steel Apple uses.

A close tie between this and the leather for best band, glad I have both!

I’ve thought about polishing mine...
I polish mine every 6-12 months or so; my link band is four and a half years old now and still looks brand new. I took this picture last month after giving it a once-over with Mother's Mag and Aluminum polish, but I took a Scotchbrite kitchen sponge/scrubber to it after, to restore the brushed look. 🙂
