New watch arriving tomorrow

So I'm getting the new watch tomorrow. Went to reset my old watch to send it back. I did it through my Iphone. How long is it supposed to take? It's been 30 minutes and still just have a spinning circle going round and round.

Finally gave up and turned it off and on. It's factory reset. Guess it just got hung up. Thanks!
