Was anyone excited with the announcement of watch faces and the ability to share?
I get sharing a face with a friend, but not sure how one goes about downloading a face you see online.

I assume there's a cost. It seemed more like a way to drive you to the watch store to buy the app.

Theres no obligation to buy/install the apps that are used in the watch face. You can get the face, configured in the ways shown online, without the apps if you want - but then there's no point in that really....

My interpretation was that it was just a quick and easy way to get a pre-configured version of a built in watch face with the same complications of the face that was shared. In other words, if you wanted, you could go through each of the steps to choose the base face, and add the complications, and change the colors *manually*. This is just a shortcut to avoid manually configuring the face.

I did NOT get the impression that these would be completely new faces that you could download online.

This seems like a good thing. What would be nicer is a store for watch faces, some free, some paid for.

I was just hoping for a "face builder" or something. I love the modular compact but I wish I could trade the single large complication area at the bottom for 3 smaller ones.
