New WatchOS update?

When I go into Mobildata in the watch app, I get a popup that I need to update my Apple Watch S3.
But there is no new update, my Apple Watch S3 is on 5.1.3

Any other that get that too?

Ps. one of the cell providers I have, is getting eSim for Apple Watch support in 2 days, could that be it?
