Hey all. Great site yall have here. I have been using PC's for, well, as long as I can remember. Im 22 and about to get my first Mac. I want to get an idea of what yall think about this current situation.
I had my mind set on getting the 20" iMac C2D but came across a very sweet deal on a new 20" iMac CD at $999... which btw they are including the 3 year protection plan. I have read up on the differences between the two but can not determine if the differences will be noticeable for me. Ive never really owned a computer that had the fastest processors or the most ram, so I am thinking I could probably "settle" on the CD and not miss anything. I am just your average computer user. The only thing I do are download music and use photoshop... which I may not use right away, ill be trying out lightroom since i mainly use it to edit photos.
What do yall think?
