If an application freezes, and control q doesn't kill it. What should be the proper step to take?
Currently, for example, if Firefox freezes and it for some reason can't quit (I've had this happen). At the moment I open a terminal, do a "ps -A | grep firefox" and then kill the process number and viola. I think there must be an easier way. I'm a linux user so I know my way around a Term, but that's about it.
